Do I believe in ghosts?

Yes, I really do.

Ghosts are human spirits,

And they linger when a life is through.

In this world are many spirits,

Not all are ghosts you see.

In every person living,

There are at least three.

There is a spirit body

Buried in each of us.

This spirit is a piece of God

That lives here in the dust.

This spirit body is where

Gods Holy Spirit lives inside.

This is not the human spirit,

It is where He does abide.

The human has a spirit

That is separate from the rest.

This is the one that stays behind,

When the human meets it’s death.

This is the one we think of,

When we think of ghosts.

This is the one we see and hear,

It is the one that scares us most.
